Krystin Stroud

Early Childhood Minister (Birth-PreK)

Krystin is our Early Childhood Minister, with roots spanning from Clinton, Iowa to Linn, Missouri. In 2013, Krystin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry, double majoring in Psychology and Counseling, and Children's Ministry. It was during her involvement in summer camp teams that she met her husband, Tyler, and they tied the knot later that year, they have two children, Amik and Agnes.

Since joining the C3 staff in 2013, Krystin has the responsibility of overseeing the Early Childhood department, managing volunteer teams, children, and parents. Her role involves curriculum planning, addressing pastoral needs, implementing creative elements, and coordinating childcare workers for adult ministries such as life groups and Bible study electives. Additionally, she contributes to camp planning and coordination.

Outside of her professional commitments, Krystin cherishes family time, embraces the tranquility of camping and lake outings, and finds joy in creating, whether it's through baking, decorating cookies, sewing, or delving into literature, particularly parenting books, novels, and theology texts. On Sunday mornings, Kristin can be found in the Early Childhood department, teaching, and nurturing personal connections with parents and volunteers. Her dedication extends to Wednesday nights, where she serves with C3 Youth as a small group leader.
